Will is my super helper these days. He loves to cook with me, especially baking, and is interested in learning his letters and how to write (I think since Tyler is always writing things). He is just a happy guy, who gets along with everyone. I hate the thought of him going to school next year, because having him around is so fun. He idolizes Tyler, and exercises his right as older brother to boss Hailey around; too bad she doesn't listen ... He can make Owen laugh anytime. He loves riding bikes, jumping on the trampoline and playing with all his neighbor friends, but still asks me on a weekly basis when we are going to go back to Virginia. I think he still sees this as a very temporary thing. Too often, when we're lost in the car he'll sigh loudly and say, "I wish we were in Virginia. Then we would know the way." It really helps me feel happy and calm at that moment in time ... actually, then I just implement a no talking policy, but that is a story for another time. He starts many of his sentences off saying, "When I get back to VA, I'm going to..." But if you ask him if he likes it here, he is very quick to reply in the affirmative. Funny guy!

We spend lots of time exploring parks in the area, or playing on the playground at Tyler's school while he finishes up basketball.

I think we said "pretend you are whirling dervishes in this one." That, or "sit down and take one more!" Pretty sure both commands would have had the same results...

It is fun to see the kids growing together as close friends. They make us happy.
